Meditate with Plants

The healing power of mindfulness meets the healing power of nature

These sessions are highly rewarding and instructive, and are great for newcomers to meditation as well as people who've meditated for a long time. Being still among plants for a long time allows us to feel their positive energy and become more aware of our surroundings. It allows you the opportunity to observe the plants, how the grow and breathe alongside us, and our symbiotic relationship with them

These are new and innovative sessions, which offer something to learn for even the most experienced practitioner, while also being highly instructive and rewarding for people new to meditation and mindfulness.

Why Meditate Outdoors?

Spending time in nature has a profound impact on your overall wellbeing, offering health benefits that extend beyond the physical. Meditating in a natural setting can reduce your stress levels, enhance your mood, and improve your mental clarity. The soothing sounds of rustling leaves or flowing water, coupled with the fresh air, contributes to a sense of tranquillity that can alleviate anxiety and boost mental resilience.

Nature provides a sanctuary for mindfulness and reflection, giving you a space to disconnect from the demands of modern life and reconnect with your inner self.
